Open an Armed Forces Bank Access Checking Account online by April 30, 2020 and make five purchases with your new debit card by October 2020. You will receive $100 in November 2020. There is no monthly service fee for the first six months. Afterwards, there is a $10 monthly service fee that can be waived with a direct deposit.

Armed Forces Banks are often located near military bases. It may be a good idea to have an account at one of these even if it is not your primary account in order to have access to a local physical bank.
